Get Ready For The Main Event
11th March, SECC Glasgow
Scotland's award-winning exhibition dedicated to corporate events, hospitality and entertainment returns to the SECC on 11th March 2010. Aimed at showcasing the best of the Scottish events industry, The Main Event will help businesses make the most of meetings, dinners, conferences and parties during this challenging economic climate, and will play host to a number of guest speakers who'll introduce a variety of new ideas and innovations.

Now in its third year, the Main Event has proved a popular showcase for top quality food, unique venues, cutting edge lighting, reliable transport and staging, and funky entertainment.
Dragon's Den's Shaf Rasul is this year's special guest speaker. Having established E-Net Computers in 2000, Shaf now runs the largest media distributor in Europe and as one of Scotland's most successful entrepreneurs, he'll be sharing his knowledge and experience during his keynote address.
Other attractions this year include:
- The Main Event Bar is the centrepiece of the event, where visitors can meet up with colleagues, customers, buyers and potential clients.
- The Networking Zone provides the ideal location for talking 'shop' in a relaxing atmosphere.
- The Main Event theatre sponsored by MCL will stage educational and entertaining seminars hosted by Grant Stott.
- The Pampering Zone, sponsored by The Town House Collection, will provide the perfect opportunity to take time out and relax, and the Spa at Blythswood Square will be on hand with luxury goody bags and mini-taster treatments including massages, manicures and facials.
