Alliance – Most Reliable Supplier
Recently voted 'most reliable supplier' by a large group of independent customers across Scotland and the UK, Alliance Scotland are dedicated to being the best non-food wholesaler and distributor in the country.
Alliance supplies many prestigious independent names such as The Old Course Hotel in St Andrews, Peebles Hydro, Crieff Hydro, and De Vere Cameron House, as well as supplying national hotel groups such Thistle, Ramada Jarvis, Radisson Edwardian, and Best Western.
Alliance Scotland opened its doors five years ago and since then the Glasgow-based operation has more than quadrupled in size and now employs more than 30 people locally, all dedicated to providing Alliance's now famous mix of Quality, Service, and Value to more than 1,000 customers the length and breadth of Scotland.
'We are strongly motivated to deploy behind our customers' objectives,' says Kieran Brennan, General Manager of Alliance Scotland since it opened. 'That means we listen very carefully to what they need.
'Our regional group customers often focus on control and compliance, while our independent accounts really look for choice and value, and our Alliance Online customers want convenience and famous brands.
The common factor across all our customers is of course, service. Fortunately that is what we do best!'
The Scottish market likes Alliance's service so much that, while other businesses may be cutting back in regional developments, the company has just invested in building a brand-new 36,000 square foot facility on the Queenslie industrial estate in Glasgow. 'This makes a clear statement about our commitment to the region,' says Kieran, 'and provides us with a fantastic operational platform in Scotland. We already offer more choice and better value than any other wholesaler in Scotland, and now we can confidently extend our service offering to even more businesses in the region.'
