Welcome to the CIS Excellence Awards page of cateringinscotland.com. In an effort to recognise and reward the high degrees of creativity, excellence and innovation in Scotland's catering, hospitality and tourism industries, we are now asking our readers for entries and nominations for the CIS Excellence Awards 2008.
The ceremony will take place on the evening of Thursday 29th May 2008 at the Hilton Glasgow. The black-tie dinner celebrates the best new and established talent that Scotland has to offer, and presents an ideal opportunity to network and to entertain your colleagues and friends in style.
In addition to the prestige and publicity that comes with collecting a national Award, winners will receive a CIS Excellence trophy and be recognised throughout the industry as a leader in their field.

Open to all types of established and emerging businesses and individuals involved in these sectors, the CIS Excellence Awards are positioned as the industry’s ultimate accolade. From chefs, foodie pubs, colleges and contract caterers, to hotels, restaurants and food-tourism enterprises, there is a category to suit you or your business. You may enter or nominate as many organisations or individuals as you like, and nominations are open from now until 11th April 2008.
