KNORR Scottish Chef of the Year Finalists Announced
The finalists of the KNORR Scottish Chef of the Year 2009 culinary competition have been announced.
The competition provides recognition to emerging catering talent in Scotland. Members of the Scottish Culinary Championships' panel will judge each competitor's submission of a balanced, four-course menu using seasonal Scottish produce for a party of four covers.
The 10 successful candidates competing in the final at ScotHot 2009 (2-4 March, SECC, Glasgow) are:
