Marcliffe Hotel Receives Planning Approval
Aberdeen City Council has granted permission for a £40 million expansion of the five-star Marcliffe Hotel and Spa at Pitfodels, on the outskirts of the city.
Designed by Archial Architects, the extensions include 228 new bedrooms, a reception, function area, lounge, leisure and spa accommodation, as well as a multi-level underground space car park. Work is due to start on site later this year with completion scheduled for 2011.
