Braehead Foods Appoints Steven Doherty
Michelin-starred chef Steven Doherty has been appointed Managing Director of Braehead's new cook school at the company's new 35,000 sq ft HQ in Crosshouse, Ayrshire.In addition to heading up the cook school, which is due to open in February 2009, Doherty will establish the facility's new restaurant as a venue for corporate hospitality and fine dining.
As well as increasing the range and capacity of products available, the new building houses a demonstration kitchen, restaurant and shop.
