CIS Excellence Restaurant Newcomer Winner Launches Outside Catering Arm
The 2008 CIS Excellence Restaurant Newcomer Award-winners, The Wee Restaurant, have announced the launch of The Wee Restaurant 'Outside' following an increasing demand for chef Craig Wood's catering services outwith the restaurant.According to Craig Wood, The Wee Restaurant 'Outside' will cater for events ranging from intimate dinners and weddings to exclusive venues: 'We recently catered for our first wedding which was very successful and have had so many requests for an outside catering service that we felt it was time to start offering a taste of what we do at the restaurant at private events,' he said.
