Last Chance to Nominate for the HIT Scotland Industry Award
HIT Scotland is offering you the opportunity to nominate a person or organisation who you feel deserves to be recognised within the industry for the work they do.The industry award recognises people who set high standards and continually demonstrate exceptional commitment to the industry. Previous winners include Avril Robertson, Ken McCulloch, Peter Taylor, Tony Jackson, Stewart Cameron, James Thomson, Andrew Fairlie and Willie Pike.
Please read through the award criteria and consider whom you could nominate.
The recipient of the 2008 HIT Scotland Industry Award will:
1) Work in any sector of the Scottish hospitality and tourism industry
2) Have demonstrated particular commitment to Scotland
3) Demonstrate a passion for, and have made a unique contribution to, the industry above and beyond his or her job description
4) Constantly strive to raise quality standards
5) Stand head and shoulders above his or her peers

The closing date is Friday 11th April 2008. The winner will be presented with the 2008 trophy at the HIT Scotland Industry Dinner on 1st May at the Hilton Glasgow.
